Bestellt vom Feldbahn- und Baumaschinenh\u00e4ndler \u201eGlaser &amp; Pflaum\u201c in Berlin wurde die Lokomotive fabrikneu an die \u201eBauunternehmung G. Liesenklaas in Kirchhellen\/ Westf.\u201c geliefert. Gem\u00e4\u00df dem Hinweis auf der Lieferkarte der Firma Windhoff \u201eLok l\u00e4uft in Varel Fa. Norisbau, N\u00fcrnberg, 03.11.41\u201c, wurde die Lok wohl auf einer Baustelle in Varel eingesetzt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Noch w\u00e4hrend des Krieges hat es die Lok gem\u00e4\u00df Angaben des Vorbesitzers nach Turku (Finnland) verschlagen. In den 1940er-Jahren wurden nahezu nur noch kriegswichtige Bauten realisiert und sowohl in Varel als auch in Turku sind unter deutscher Aufsicht Milit\u00e4rflugpl\u00e4tze entstanden. Nach dem Krieg verblieb die Lokomotive den Angaben des Vorbesitzers nach in der N\u00e4he des Flugplatzes in einer Ziegelei. Die Lok weist wenig Verschlei\u00df auf, so dass die Lok hier vermutlich kaum zum Einsatz gekommen ist. Eine finnische 750mm-Museumsbahn bewahrte diese Lokomotive in den 70-er Jahren vor der dem Weg des alten Eisens, ohne jedoch selbst Einsatzm\u00f6glichkeiten f\u00fcr die Lok zu haben. &nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nach jahrelangen Kontakten \u00fcbernahm das M\u00fcnsterl\u00e4ndische Feldbahnmuseum e.V. im September 1998 die Lokomotive von den finnischen Museumskollegen; liegt dem MFM die Lokomotivbaugeschichte der Rheiner Maschinenfabrik Windhoff AG auf Grund der regionalen N\u00e4he doch besonders am Herzen. Die alte Dame mit 30 PS Leistung und immerhin 7.500 kg Gewicht ist eine von zwei erhaltenen der 82 bei Windhoff gebauten Exemplaren dieses Bautyps und zeigt sich weitgehend im originalen Lieferzustand.
