Vom Leistungsspektrum entsprach sie eher den Klein- und Kleinstbetrieben in der Torfwirtschaft oder in Ziegeleien. Vermutlich hat diese Lokomotive so manches Pferd im Feldbahnbetrieb abgel\u00f6st. Ausgestattet war diese Lokomotivtype mit dem in der Landwirtschaft und Gewerbe vertrauten und bew\u00e4hrten Motoren MAH 514 (sp\u00e4ter 714 und 914), die sich durch eine Verdampfungsk\u00fchlung auszeichneten. Hier musste also regelm\u00e4\u00dfig neben Diesel auch im Betrieb verdampfendes K\u00fchlwasser nachgef\u00fcllt werden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Unsere Deutz 22764 war durchgehend bei der Bauunternehmung Schr\u00f6er-Sch\u00fctte in Hopsten im Einsatz, die um 1930 gegr\u00fcndet wurde. 1938 beschaffte man die erste Feldbahnlokomotive f\u00fcr Erdtransporte auf Tiefbaustellen. Zeitgleich wurde in Hopsten auch mit dem Aufbau eines etwa 200 Hektar gro\u00dfen Fliegerhorstes begonnen. Hier wird von Eins\u00e4tzen der Deutz 22764, insbesondere beim Verf\u00fcllen vom Bombenkratern berichtet. Weitere Baueins\u00e4tze, insbesondere nach dem Krieg, sind f\u00fcr Erdarbeiten im Br\u00fcckenbau \u00fcberliefert. 1988 fanden wir die Deutz 22764 zusammen mit der Diema 1569 in einer Lagerhalle der Bauunternehmung Schr\u00f6er-Sch\u00fctte abgestellt vor. Die zugeh\u00f6rigen Gleise und Kipploren wurden schon viele Jahre vorher verschrottet.
