W\u00e4hrend im Bergbau unter Tage gerne der Wirtschaftlichkeit und Leistungsf\u00e4higkeit halber auf elektrische Lokomotiven zur\u00fcckgegriffen wurde, ist doch die Ausstattung einer Feldbahn mit elektrischer Fahrleitung ein relativ aufw\u00e4ndiges Unterfangen. In diesem Fall weniger, denn die hier vorgestellte Lokomotive hatte nur einen geringen Aktionsradius.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Die Lokomotive stammt vom Kohlekraftwerk D\u00fcsseldorf-Flingern, welches zuletzt 1927 erweitert wurde. Dort war die Lokomotive mit Selbstentladewagen unterwegs, um die Verbrennungsr\u00fcckst\u00e4nde (Schlacke und Asche) vom Kohlekessel zu einer Halde au\u00dferhalb des Kraftwerksgeb\u00e4udes zu transportieren. Ende 1978 wurde die Stromerzeugung am Standort Flingern beendet und das Kraftwerk stillgelegt; es blieb jedoch als Reservekraftwerk zun\u00e4chst erhalten. Anfang der 1990er-Jahre erfolgte die endg\u00fcltige Stilllegung und eine der drei dort im Betrieb befindlichen baugleichen Lokomotiven wurden an uns abgegeben.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Der Hersteller der Lokomotive ist unklar. Die Lok wirkt wie ein Eigenbau und stammt vermutlich nicht von einem der klassischen Lokomotivhersteller der Zeit wie Siemens, AEG oder BBC.
