Jahrhundert entdeckte auch das Milit\u00e4r die Vorz\u00fcge dieses neuartigen Transportmittels. Mit der Eisenbahn konnten gro\u00dfe Mengen an Nachschub und Truppenteile schnell und effizient transportiert werden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>F\u00fcr den Transport an den Frontlinien wurden in den Weltkriegen schmalspurige Feldbahnen eingesetzt, die sog. Heeresfeldbahnen. Aufgebaut und betrieben wurden diese von eigens geschulten Truppen, den Eisenbahnpionieren.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Spezielle milit\u00e4rische Normungsaussch\u00fcsse entwickelten standardisierte Gleise, Lokomotiven und Wagen f\u00fcr die Heeresfeldbahnen. Hierzu geh\u00f6rte auch der hier vorgestellte vierachsige Personenwagen f\u00fcr den Soldaten- und Verwundetentransport. Dieser Lazarettwagen bestand aus zwei gebremsten und gefederten Drehgestellen, die auch einzeln als G\u00fcterwagen verwendet werden konnten, sowie aus dem aufgesetzten Wagenkasten selbst.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nach dem 2. Weltkrieg fanden sich einige Wagenk\u00e4sten in Sachsen wieder, die als H\u00fchnerst\u00e4lle, Abstell- und Lagerr\u00e4ume eine zivile Nutzung fanden. Die Drehgestelle fehlten durchweg. Unser Wagenkasten des Baujahres 1942 hat bis 1999 als Ger\u00e4teschuppen in einem Rangierbahnhof bei Leipzig \u00fcberlebt und wurde 1999 vom M\u00fcnsterl\u00e4ndischen Feldbahnmuseum e.V. \u00fcbernommen. Die erforderlichen Drehgestelle wurden nach alten Zeichnungen nachgebaut.
